Customer happiness centric approach is our working culture. One important step in this direction is to ensure that delivery of the product is just in time with zero pilferage, exact quantities and detailed documentation.

We maintain our own warehouses and keep enough stocks. We also continuously strive to get the material from multiple sources so as to ensure that supply chain is always running.

Other area of our competency is to remain up-to-date with market forces, interact not only with domestic market but globally, use IT, and to continually brief our esteemed buyers to assist them to make decisions on ‘when to buy, how much to buy and from whom’. We feel happy that once any customer joins us, he is always with us.
